Lionel Messi was confused as Inter Miami fans stormed the field to take selfies before the young girl was arrested by security forces – including the star’s former Navy SEAL bodyguard

An incident with a field invader occurred on Saturday night, and Lionel Messi was left bewildered by the experience. A young girl approached the Inter Miami star for a selfie, and security quickly intervened to prevent the girl from taking the selfie.

During the stoppage time of the second half of the match between the Herons and Colorado Rapids, which ultimately resulted in a 2-2 draw, the young lady successfully made her way to Messi on the field, where she placed her arm around him and held her smartphone out for a photograph.

Immediately after that, a large number of security personnel, including Messi’s personal bodyguard, Yassine Chueko, a former United States Navy Seal, seized the girl and took her away.

Chueko is known for following Messi around the field while he is playing, and he does this by jogging up and down the sideline alongside the eight-time winner of the Ballon d’Or.

Messi came off the bench in the second half of the match and scored a goal, resulting in a draw. This was Messi’s first game since March 13, when he suffered a hamstring injury.

That appeared to include Messi's full-time bodyguard, Yassine Chueko (second left)

The individual who appeared to be Messi’s full-time security, Yassine Chueko (second left), was included in this.

Using his left foot, he deftly connected with a cross from David Ruiz near the sixty minute mark, giving Miami a 2-1 lead against the other team.

In spite of this, the Rapids were able to salvage a point thanks to a goal scored by Cole Bassett in the 88th minute.

Messi was involved in an injury that caused him to miss three league games. In addition, he did not participate in the team’s CONCACAF Champions Cup quarterfinal first leg match against Monterrey on Wednesday.

In addition, Messi’s longstanding comrades and friends at Barcelona, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba, started the game on the bench before coming on in the second half. Luis Suarez, on the other hand, was not utilized as a replacement.

In its most recent four matches across all competitions, Miami has not been victorious.
