‘Worth It Tho?’ Blake Lively Is ‘Sorry’ for Painting $1,000 Manolo Blahniks with Nail Polish

In order to round off her all-red ensemble, the actress revealed on Tuesday via Instagram that she had painted the white gems on her pumps with red nail polish.

After attending an event for her new brand of drink mixers, Betty Buzz, which took place at the Empire State Building in New York City on Tuesday night, the actress, who is 34 years old, posted a selfie of herself on her Instagram Story sharing the occasion. Within the photograph, Lively was seen wearing an all-red ensemble that consisted of a trench coat by Max Mara, a Chanel purse, and heels by Manolo Blahnik.

In a humorous manner, Lively expressed her regret to the designers for the way that she had designed her clothing.

First, the actress from Gossip Girl expressed her regret to Max Mara for the way she had tied the trench coat, saying, “I’m the fifth Golden Girl.” She then went on to say that the coat actually is “divine, though.”

After that, she apologized to the color pink for using it “to cheat on my red look with this stunning @chanelofficial bag,” referring to her flashy striped purse. She stated that she was sorry for utilizing the color pink.

Finally, Lively apologized to Blahnik for “painting the white jewels on my shoes with red nail polish as I was walking out the door.” Blahnik was understanding of Lively’s behavior.

In reference to the modification that she made to the shoes on her own, Lively remarked, “worth it tho?”

At the Manolo Blahnik website, the shoes in issue, which are red satin pumps with square diamond buckles, may be purchased for a total price of $995. The conclusion of the film “Sex and the City” from 2008 included a blue variation of the same shoe that was seen in the film.

On Tuesday, Lively gave an exclusive interview to PEOPLE in which she discuss her recently released non-alcoholic sparkling mixers and how she has been taken aback by the reception they have received.

“I’ve been very proud of [Betty Buzz] and it’s been really cool and overwhelming to see people’s responses to it,” Lively told the media outlet. “It’s been really neat to see all of the non-drinkers who have come out and said ‘thank you.'”

Tonic Water, Sparkling Grapefruit, Meyer Lemon Club Soda, Sparkling Lemon Lime, and Ginger Beer are the five varieties that are included in the Betty Buzz collection. These beverages can be blended with alcoholic beverages or consumed directly from the bottle.
