As he proposed to his longtime girlfriend Emma MacDonald, the 25-year-old basketball star made a grand entrance off the floor.

In front of loved ones on a Cape Cod, Massachusetts beach, Payton—who makes more than $200,000 a year—popped the question with a huge diamond.Earlier this week, Emma, 21, and her famous athlete fiancé shared the happy news of their engagement on Instagram. Emma described their relationship as a “love for a lifetime.” The couple flaunted their love and Emma’s new rock in a string of photos they shared online.

With a white button-down and jeans on, Payton knelt in the sand.

When the influential podcaster and star athlete’s fiancé presented her with a diamond, she was taken aback.

Keeping it classy, the YouTuber wore a black silk dress accessorized with gold jewelry.

The pair grinned and posed like storms when Emma said yes.

They kissed passionately as Payton swept her into his arms.

Emma and her sister Maggie were embraced in an Instagram post that Emma published shortly after the proposal. Emma was visibly emotional, shedding tears as she shared the moment with Maggie. The happy couple celebrated with loved ones after the proposal.

Lexie, who is sister to Payton, welcomed Emma into the family and partied with the engaged pair.

The couple’s celebratory festivities were aided by Maggie as well.

Star basketball players Brooks DeBisschop and Anthony Mathis, who are also Payton’s dads, were also there.

In their pleasure at being “apart of such a special weekend,” the couple’s pals posted photos of the soon-to-be bride and groom.

Raya, a dating service, was where Payton and Emma first crossed paths in late 2022.
