On their 23rd wedding anniversary, Vanessa Bryant and her late husband Kobe Bryant are kissing.

On Thursday, April 18, Vanessa, 41, posted a collage of four old photos of herself and Kobe having a date night on Instagram.

In the pictures, Kobe is seen wearing a suit and tie, and Vanessa is seen dancing, grinning, and sharing a kiss while out on the town.

The caption said, “Happy Anniversary @kobebryant ❤️ #23,” as written by Vanessa.

She also uploaded the image on Instagram Stories, including a gif of a wedding band and Tony’s song “Anniversary”! Toni! Toné!

They fell in love soon after going on their first date, which was in Disneyland. After Vanessa turned eighteen, the basketball player proposed to her. The two were married on April 18, 2001.Kobe and Vanessa celebrated their wedding anniversary on the same day that Vanessa, together with her sister Sophie Gonzalez, took Natalia, 21, Bianka Belle, 7, and Capri Kobe, 4½, to Disneyland, where Kobe had taken her on their first date.

Vanessa posted a carousel on Instagram of the Bryant family at the “Happiest Place on Earth,” where they were able to meet Mickey and Minnie Mouse and pose in front of the castle.Vanessa participated in the Los Angeles Lakers’ February unveiling of the first of three Kobe statues outside of the former Staples Center, now known as Crypto.com Arena.

“Kobe has so many people that have supported him all over the world from the very beginning and this moment isn’t just for Kobe, but it’s for all of you that have been rooting for him all of these years,” Vanessa said in her address at the unveiling.

She affirmed that two more sculptures will be erected in front of the arena owned by Crypto.com. In the first, he is seen donning the No. 8, and in the second, Bryant is seen alongside their late daughter Gianna.

Bryant joins the ranks of Elgin Baylor, Shaquille O’Neal, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, Jerry West, and Chick Hearn as the sixth Laker to receive such a distinction. All of these players have had statues placed outside of the arena.
