Early in the first quarter of Game 2, the Los Angeles Lakers player stuffed Jamal Murray on a dunk. The guard for the Denver Nuggets jumped for a one-handed jam, but James stopped him at the rim and sent the ball out of bounds with his right hand.
After the play, James continued to stare at the Lakers bench while his teammates stared back in sh*ck. The play also affected Magic Johnson, a legend on the Lakers.
In Game 2 of the 2013 NBA Finals, James denied Tiago Splitter, even though it was nearly eleven years ago.
According to ESPN Stats & Information, James had 27 points, 8 assists, and 6 rebounds in a Game 1 defeat to the Nuggets. It was his 150th career playoff game with 25 points, 5 assists, and 5 rebounds, the most ever.
