Shaquille O’Neal, a basketball great, reportedly had a bizarre mansion—a massive 31,000 square foot mansion—since he was a rookie with the Orlando Magic in 1993.
Having been Shaq’s home for nearly 30 years, the mansion is genuinely unique.
The fact that the Hall of Famer never intended for the house to be a financial investment is as significant as the fact that it displays Mr. O’Neal’s extremely specific tastes.
Dustin Fealy of The Agency South Florida, who was the NBA star’s listing agent in the past, claims that he spent a pretty penny furnishing his longstanding Orlando area residence.

O’Neal frequently gave reporters tours of the mansion and even filmed an episode of “MTV Cribs” there, when he introduced us to Shaq-apulco, his 95-foot swimming pool including a swim-up bar and a huge waterfall cascading over stones.
In 2021, after going on the market for an outrageous $28 million, Shaq’s mansion finally found a buyer, selling for $11,000,000.
The Windermere, Florida property will always be linked with its colossal previous owner, even though the NBA legend may no longer own it.

Shaq’s Orlando house: Not your average abodeWith an astounding 28 rooms, it’s clear that Shaquille O’Neal’s enormous former Lake Butler mansion in the South Florida Isleworth gated golf enclave can accommodate a large family.
Surprisingly, there are other distinctive aspects of the mansion that make its enormous size seem insignificant.
Among the peculiar but endearing features of the NBA star’s previous mansion were a triangular aquarium and a temperature-controlled, cedar-planked humidor for storing wine. The artwork on the wall depicting a freeway and a life-size tractor-trailer crashing into the chamber is the most eye-catching feature, though. Also shown above is Shaq’s enormous Superman bed.
You might remember back to Shaq’s rap albums from the ’90s when you see the two 17-car garages at Shaquille O’Neal’s residence. One of the garages is a show-car garage with a fitness center, and the other has dancing and recording facilities.
