The Boston Celtics moved to the Eastern Conference playoffs with a 118-84 victory against the short-handed Miami Heat in Game 5 on Wednesday night, thanks to 25 points apiece from Jaylen Brown and Derrick White.
The victor of the series between Orlando and Cleveland will face Boston. On Friday night, the Cavaliers will host Game 6 in Orlando, where they hold a 3-2 lead.
White made five 3-pointers, and Brown added six assists. The top-seeded Celtics never trailed and trailed by 37 points, thanks to 17 points from Sam Hauser and 16 points and 12 rebounds from Jayson Tatum.
