The Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers squared off in Game 1 of their second-round playoff series on Tuesday night in Massachusetts.
With a commanding 120-95 victory, the Celtics took a 1-0 series lead.
In just 34 minutes of play, All-Star forward Jaylen Brown led the way with 32 points, six rebounds, two assists, one block, and a shooting percentage of 12/18 from the field and 4/6 from three.
He also had an incredible slam that was widely shared on social media.

Brown is coming off of yet another fantastic regular season in which he shot 35.4% from three-point range and 49.9% from the field in 70 games to average 23.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 1.2 steals per game.
With a 64-18 record, the Celtics had the best record in the league and are the top seed in the Eastern Conference.
They defeated the Miami Heat (in five games) in the opening round.With a 48-34 record, the Cavaliers are now ranked as the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference.
In seven games, they defeated the Orlando Magic in the opening round.
The series’ second game is scheduled for this Thursday night in Boston.
The winner of the series will play either the Indiana Pacers or the New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference Finals.
In five of the last seven seasons, Brown has assisted in leading the Celtics to the Conference Finals.
