The match was held in Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which has a capacity of 22,000 seats. It was attended by a number of famous people, the most notable of which were Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar. Outside of the stadium area, the superstar duet engaged in a private conversation prior to the main event.
Both Ronaldo and Neymar are presently playing for Real Madrid and Barcelona’s rival clubs in Saudi Arabia, Al Nassr and Al Hilal. This comes after they had spent many years competing with Real Madrid and Barcelona. Ronaldo was also put next to Anthony Joshua, who had previously held the title of heavyweight boxing champion. Neymar comes in second place.
When Neymar was approached by a reporter to offer his opinion on who would emerge victorious, he did not hesitate to put his faith in Fury. An other well-known individual who has voiced their support for the “Gypsy King” is coach Steven Gerrard, who is currently in charge of Al Ettifaq Club, which competes in the Saudi Liga. In order to offer his fellow boxer some words of encouragement, the Liverpool star even went into Fury’s dressing room.
When it comes to Usyk, the Ukrainian boxer was also “fueled” for the huge bout by a number of sports legends, such as former striker Andriy Shevchenko and former boxer Wladimir Klitschko.
With the help of referee scores (115-112, 113-114, 114-113), Usyk was able to defeat Fury after 12 rounds, and as a result, he became the first heavyweight boxing champion to win an absolute title during the modern age with four belts.
