While relaxing in Brazil before the start of the Premier League season, Thiago Silva and Philippe Coutinho were seen playing foot volleyball on the beach.

The midfielder from Aston Villa and defender from Chelsea both went on Brazil’s recent friendly tour to Japan and South Korea, where they were instrumental in victories of 1-0 and 5-1 for Tite’s squad, respectively.

They returned to their home country to relax and enjoy the beach when their international duties ended, and then they returned to England for preseason training.While on vacation, Coutinho and Silva played beach volleyball with some friends and their kids. Among the participants were Flamengo’s Diego Ribas and Besiktas’ Josef de Souza.

The Premier League stars were seen enjoying themselves in Instagram images, where they were spotted playing catch with friends in the scorching heat.

Though Silva and other internationals aren’t anticipated to travel to Chelsea’s preseason camp until July 9, the Blues are still likely to return to training on July 2. Similarly, Villa are set to return to training on July 2, even though their initial group of players didn’t arrive until June 27.On July 9, the West Midlands side will play a preseason friendly away against Walsall. Two days later, on July 17, they will fly to Australia to play Leeds United, Brisbane Roar, and Manchester United.

The fifth and last friendly for Coutinho and company will be on July 30 at Rennes.

On the other hand, Silva and Chelsea will be touring the United States next month, where they will face Club America on July 16, Charlotte FC on July 20, and Arsenal on July 23.

On August 6th, the Blues will play their first Premier League match away at Frank Lampard’s Everton, while Villa will travel to Bournemouth earlier in the day.
