Tatum said his kid had a change of heart after seeing the latest Spider-Man film.I suppose I changed my mind, Daddy,” Deuce remarked.

“I want to be you even if I might want to be Spider-Man when I grow up.”

Playfully answering, Tatum said, “Good save, son! Excellent preservation.”Just who is the son of Jayson Tatum?Soon after the Celtics drafted Tatum, at the age of 19, he became a father to Deuce, who has since gained popularity both inside the NBA and among Celtics players.

Together with his ex-girlfriend Toriah Lachell, Tatum shares custody of Deuce and has referred to his son as his “best friend in the world”.

The NBA player discussed the value of setting a good example for his son and the close relationship they had during a June press conference.

“My mindset was always that I was going to be the best basketball player and the best father as I could,” he said during a press conference.

“It all came down to what felt right; there was no rule or precise method.”Considering that I was 19 when I was drafted, I feel that we are growing up together because I am with him every day.

“As he’s gotten older, I’m working through my career, sharing these experiences and growing up with him. For me, that’s the coolest aspect.
