Chevy Impala from 1958′

Serial Number: F58S119353 The prior owner’s brother-in-law received this 1958 Impala; he was clueless about the vehicle, but we’ve filled him in. Features like power windows, power steering, and power brakes were standard on this Impala when it left the factory. A stunning frame-off restoration was performed on the Impala. Every inside part, nut, and bolt has been either replaced or reconditioned. A factory air suspension system, referred to by General Motors as “Level Air,” was an available option for these 1958 Impalas. Leaks were so common with these systems that many customers sent them back to the dealer to get regular springs. A state-of-the-art air suspension system has been installed in this car, improving its performance and reliability compared to the factory system. A small layer of rust oxide primer has been applied to the underside, and the frame is attractively painted. Finding a more beautiful ’58 Impala than this one will be quite a challenge!
