The renowned Portuguese player continued to bolster his stellar résumé by scoring fifty goals in a single season. When he was a Real Madrid player in 2016–17, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner has not scored fifty goals in a season before.

 

Despite his advanced age of 39, Ronaldo has not shown any symptoms of slowing down. He became the first player to win the Golden Boot award in four different countries and set a new mark for the most goals scored in a single season in the Saudi Pro League with 35.

 

 

Al-Nassr proclaimed their legendary skipper, the evergreen frontman, “History has been made… again” upon receiving his latest award. The Golden Boot goes to Cristiano Ronaldo. Getting there before anyone else in four separate leagues.

 

 

 

Ronaldo isn’t done yet, as Al-Nassr still has to watch their King Cup of Champions final match against rivals Al-Hilal. The European Championships, where CR7 will lead Portugal’s pursuit of yet another continental title, are also quickly approaching.
