At Wembley Stadium on the evening of June 1, Real won 2-0 against Dortmund in the final of the Champions League for the 2023-2024 season. Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Dani Carvajal and Nacho together won the sixth C1/Champions League Cup in their career.

Modric, Carvajal and Nacho won all of these titles with Real in the 2013-2014, 2015-2016, 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2021-2022 and 2023-2024 seasons. Kroos won the throne for the first time with Bayern in the 2012-2013 season, before winning the rest with the Spanish team.

Kroos, Modric, Carvajal and Nacho equaled Paco Gento’s record of winning the C1/Champions League Cup, the late Real player won six C1 Cups in the seasons 1955-1956, 1956-1957, 1957-1958, 1958-1959, 1959 -1960 and 1965-1966.

Players who have won five C1/Champions League Cups include: Cristiano Ronaldo , Gareth Bale, Isco, Marcelo, Casemiro, Karim Benzema, Hector Rial, Marquitos, Lesmes, Enrique Mateos, Alfredo Di Stefano, Jose Maria Zarraga (both former players). Real player), Paolo Maldini and Alessandro Costacurta (AC Milan).

Carlo Ancelotti also set a record of winning five C1/Champions League Cups as a coach. He brought AC Milan to the throne in the 2002-2003, 2006-2007 seasons, before winning three titles with Real in the 2013-2014, 2021-2022 and 2023-2024 seasons.
