Monday in Paris was the location of a passionate kiss between Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.

News has the exclusive photographs of the super-romantic public display of affection that took place between the Gossip Girl star and her Green Lantern costar-turned-husband on the Pont des Arts Bridge. Both of them were dressed in layers and braced themselves for the cold weather of the day.Consider yourself familiar with the location? During the final episode of Sex and the City, Carrie Bradshaw (played by Sarah Jessica Parker) and Mr. Big (played by Chris Noth) shared a passionate kiss in this very specific location.

In addition to being a favorite destination for tourists, artists, and couples in general, the pedestrian bridge also spans the Seine River. Padlocks bearing the initial names of couples are used to secure the railings on both sides of the bridge. The couples then toss the key into the river after locking the padlocks into place. We are unsure as to whether Blake and Ry did this, but we have a hunch that these two romantics would be interested in participating in that custom that is associated with loves.

At the conclusion of this sweet kiss, Mr. and Mrs. Reynolds proceeded to walk west down the river in the direction of the well-known Tuileries Garden.
