Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have spent their entire careers battling to be the greatest player in the world, if not the greatest of all time. Messi will finish his career with a total of eight Ballon d’Or awards, compared to Cristiano Ronaldo’s five. Both legends have dozens of records and major trophies to their name.

 

Pedri: Messi is greater than Ronaldo for sure

Recently, Pedri was asked by The Residency whether Messi or Ronaldo is the GOAT (Best Player of All Time). And the Spaniard gave a firm answer: “Messi, no doubt. But Cristiano is also a great player”.

Pedri is also considered a potential future Ballon d’Or winner. But when asked about his goals for the next 10 years, Pedri gave a strange answer: “I just want to play football and go bald. I’ve always wanted to be bald.”

Pedri is currently out of action for Barca with a hamstring injury. However, the Spaniard is expected to return in time for the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final against PSG.

Pedri has made good contributions to Barca this season with 2 goals and 4 assists in 24 appearances in all competitions. Currently, Pedri is one of Barca’s most important pillars in midfield.
