According to David Bernabeu Reverter of Diario Sport, Barcelona is planning to make an offer of thirty million euros plus five million euros in add-ons for Jeremie Frimpong. The Barcelona club is hoping to submit their offer before the summer transfer market opens on July 1st, which is the day they aim to do so.
