On Friday, Culling posted photos of himself and his coworkers releasing the animals back into the water to Facebook, writing, “Found these at the local market.”

I drove five kilometers up the road, got them for fifty dollars, and then let them go.

The number of endangered turtles in the globe has increased by 10, and thousands of people have learned about the problem of shooting these turtles.
