We’ll take another scoop of rainbow sherbert, please.
Blake Lively stunned on the red carpet last night in a pastel rainbow confection from the Atelier Versace spring/summer 2019 collection, nearly outshining husband Ryan Reynolds at the New York premiere Reynolds’ Netflix sci-fi adventure movie, “The Adam Project.”
With pleated ribbons of sherbert chiffon color swirling into each other, the plunging gown features a daring slit and off-the-shoulder draping detail.
She later added an unexpected twist to her evening look, adding an oversized light denim jacket with a popped collar to warm up on the chilly night.
Lively paired her stunning gown with Gucci crystal-studded sandals and a pink tweed ‘Knock on Wood’ bag from Chanel’s 2018 collection, along with a stack of rainbow bangles and oversized drop earrings.
Reynolds, who looked dapper in a pinstripe Brunello Cucinelli suit, not only stars in the new Netflix film alongside Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo but also serves as a producer.
The couple’s appearance explains their absence at Sunday night’s SAG Awards, where the glamorous duo is a regular red carpet fixture.
While Reynolds was busy promoting Netflix’s “The Adam Project,” which hits the streaming service on March 11, he and Lively have also been at work to help the people of Ukraine.
The stars announced on social media they’d be matching every dollar up to $1 million that was donated to USA for UNHCR to provide aid for Ukrainian refugees.
