Playmaker for the Los Angeles Lakers The $7.25 million Encino property belonged to Rui Hachimura and had a space for him to unwind and a large collection of shoes

Los Angeles Lakers forward Rui Hachimura has poured a lot of money into real estate in Encino, California.

A modern property with more than 7,300 square feet, six bedrooms, and 6.5 bathrooms was recently purchased by the baller of Japanese heritage for a sum of $7,250,000.

Last summer, Hachimura inked a five-year, $51 million deal with the Los Angeles Lakers, so he has some spending money. Below you will find a handful of images of his recently dug-up property, which is situated around twenty miles east of Beverly Hills.

This newly constructed home is listed as a modern farmhouse; but, from what little we can see, it appears to be more modern in style than pastoral.

Sleek and modern, the building takes use of the Southern California sun’s rays through its many windows and dark façade.

All over, high-quality materials like glass, metal, stone, Douglas fir, and white oak were used. A home bar, office, personal gym, screening room, and a butler’s pantry make up the ultra-luxurious kitchen. There are also two islands.

The master suite is a haven of elegance, with its large balcony, walk-in closets, Jacuzzi tub, and magnificent double shower.

A pool is a natural fit for the private courtyard’s olive and cypress tree arboretum.

There is a spa on the outside, along with a cabana, Jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and lounge space. In addition, the property comes with an ancillary dwelling unit (ADU) that has its own living area and kitchenette.

Being the first Japanese player ever selected in the first rоund оf the NBA draft, Hachimura became a member оf the Washingtоn Wizards in 2019. In his first year with the team, he wоn the Julius Erving Award fоr Small Fоrward. After playing fоr the Wizards fоr fоur years, Hachimura was mоved tо the Lakers in January 2023.
