When Lamine Yamal’s father discussed his son’s widely shared photos with Lionel Messi, he made a very wise statement.
Following the incredible display by Yamal against France during Euro 2024, a picture of a young Messi alongside the Spanish beauty went viral on social media.
Twenty-year-old Messi was gaining notoriety when he participated in a UNICEF charity calendar photo session. UNICEF was Barcelona’s sponsor at the time.
The long-lost photo of the Argentine and Yamal reappeared after the Barca starlet’s father, Mounir Nasraou, shared it on Instagram with the description, “The beginning of two legends.” The Argentine was photographed bathing Yamal.
As he talked about the images with Messi that went viral, Mounir increased the amount of praise he gave his son.
