Blake Lively dazzled in a Valentino dress as she promoted Godiva’s “The Sweetest Story Ever Told Sweepstakes” on Wednesday, February 1, at the Andaz 5th Avenue in New York City.

The 24-year-old actress, accompanied by her parents, Elaine and Ernie, launched the contest, offering one lucky winner the chance to meet author Nicholas Sparks, enjoy a year’s worth of Godiva chocolates, and attend the red carpet premiere of “The Lucky One,” a film based on one of Sparks’ novels.

Addressing recent rumors about apartment hunting with her husband Ryan Reynolds on NYC’s Fifth Avenue, Blake humorously told Elle, “Newspapers say a lot of stuff, don’t they? Though I wish I could afford half the places that I hear I’m looking at. Sign me up!”
