FC Barcelona and the player Héctor Fort have reached an agreement for the extension of his contract, tying him to the Club until 30 June 2026.
The blaugrana defender has signed a new contract this Tuesday accompanied by FC Barcelona president, Joan Laporta; first vice president, Rafa Yuste; the director responsible for Youth Football, Joan Soler; and Club sporting director, Anderson Luís de Souza, Deco.

Héctor Fort extends his contract to his boyhood club, Barça, after arriving in 2013 from PB Anguera. After quickly moving through the age categories at the Club, in the 2023/24 season he made his debut for the first team on 13 December in a Champions League fixture against Royal Antwerp in Belgium, starting at right back. Since then, he has played another nine matches, seven in the league, two in the Copa del Rey.
With Barça Atlètic this season he has made 13 appearances, scoring once. For the U19A side he has made one appearance in the league, scoring once as well as playing one game for the team in the UEFA Youth League.
