According to ESPN, German representatives are ready to sit at the negotiating table if they receive an offer.

RB Leipzig are demanding €60m for Dani Olmo after rejecting Barcelona’s first offer for the striker, according to ESPN (citing Mundo Deportivo).

The Catalan giants’ initial offer was €40m in four payments, with an additional €20m available. However, after meeting Olmo’s representatives this week,Β Leipzig insisted on a €60m upfront fixed feeΒ – a sum equal to Olmo’s release clause before July 20.

Olmo is in Barca’s sights.

The German club are still willing to negotiate at that price as they have already agreed terms with the Spaniard. Olmo is seen as one of Barca’s top two targets this summer along with Athletic Club winger Nico Williams.

Reports in the bullfighting country say they will focus on the Olmo deal, believing Williams will stay at Athletic. But Barca have also warned Williams not to miss this opportunity because there is no guarantee they will come back to recruit him in a year’s time.
